the chicken marinade

2 tablespoons yogurt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon oil

750 g chicken slices
For the yogurt sauce
·
3 cups yogurt
·
2 tablespoons lemon juice
·
1 teaspoon garlic powder
·
1 teaspoon pepper
·
1 teaspoon salt
·
1 teaspoon lemon zest
·
Fried pita bread slices
How to Make It
Step 1
In a large bowl, add yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and oil and then add in the chicken and stir, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and let the chicken marinade for at least 1 hour. 2. In another bowl, add yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and lemon zest and mix. 3. In a large skillet, heat some oil and then add in the chicken and cook until golden. 4. Place the fried pita bread slices in a serving platter, then lay the chicken on top, drizzle the yogurt sauce, and serve.
