Mushroom & Sweet Corn Salad

·       ½ Metro Mushroom, Canned

·       ½ Metro sweet corn, canned

·       6 pickles, sliced (your favorite pickle)

·       1 small lettuce head, rinsed and leaves chopped

·       1 small red onion, julienned

·       4 Tbsp mayo

·       salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make It

Step 1

• Slice pickles, chop Parsley, lettuce and onion and put them in a large bowl.

Step 2

• Add Metro sweet corn, Mushroom, seasonings and mayo.

Step 3

• Mix well and serve.

Step 4

• Can be served both warm and cold if you want to cook the mushroom.
