Shrimp Konafa

Do you want to try a new dish in Ramadan this year? With Metro we will help you prepare shrimp with kunafa in the easiest way possible.

How to Make It

Step 1

Put a piece of kunafa on a parchment paper and then pour some of the mixture on it.

Step 2

Dip the shrimp in the mixture and put it on the kunafa, and then roll the butter paper into a cup

Step 3

Then cut the shrimp in the middle and remove the butter paper

Step 4

Fry the shrimp with kunafa until the color is golden and crunchy.

  • 1/2 cup Evian Mineral Water - 500ml
  • 50 gram Konafa Plain 1Pc
  • 100 gram Medium Shrimp 30 - 40 - 1kg
  • 1 Al-Asil Corn Oil - 1.5l
