How to Make It
Step 1
Add all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl and mix
Step 2
Place the ribeye meat in a tray lined with parchment paper. Add carrots, potatoes, onions and garlic cloves
Step 3
Sprinkle salt, pepper and olive oil then, pour the seasoning on the feathers.
Step 4
Cover the tray with aluminum foil and put it in the oven at 150 degrees for two hours
Step 5
Remove from the oven and then put it under the grill for 15 minutes and serve

- 1 teaspoon Isis Salt - 70g
- 1 teaspoon Metro Black Pepper Shaker - 75g
- 1 cup Lamar Pomegranate Juice - 1l
- 1 cup Quaker Oats Variety 297 G
- ½ teaspoon Rehana Red Chilli Shaker 20G
- 1 teaspoon chopped into strips Ginger - 1kg
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary - 100g
- 1 tablespoon Metro Black Pepper Shaker - 75g
- 1 tablespoon Isis Salt - 70g
