Steak with Pepper Sauce

· 1 tablespoon butter
· 2 tablespoons flour
· 1 ½ cup whole milk
· ½ cup cooking cream
· 2 tablespoons peppercorns
· Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Season the steak with some salt and pepper on both sides.
Grease a hot pan with some oil and add in the steak.
Sear the steak for four minutes on each side.
Set the steak aside to rest, add in the butter and flour, and whisk to combine.
Add a cup of milk and the cooking cream and stir and then add the peppercorns.
Add the rest of the milk and stir and then season with some salt and pepper.
Place the steak next to some steamed veggies on a serving plate, pour the sauce over the steak, and serve.
