Ingredients
For the marinade

1 cup pomegranate
juice
·
1 cup beef stock
·
½ teaspoon chili
·
1 teaspoon sliced
fresh ginger
·
1 tablespoon rosemary
·
1 tablespoon salt
·
1 tablespoon pepper
For
the ribs
·

1 diced carrot
·
1 diced potato
·
1 diced onion
·
7 cloves garlic
·
1 teaspoon salt
·
1 teaspoon pepper
·
2 tablespoons olive
oil
How to Make It
Step 1
1. Add all ingredients of the marinade in a bowl and mix.
Step 2
2. Place the ribs on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
3. Add in the carrots, potatoes, onions, and garlic cloves.
Step 4
4. Sprinkle salt and pepper, drizzle the olive oil, and then pour the marinade on the ribs.
Step 5
5. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 150°C for 2 hours.
Step 6
6. Turn off the oven, then remove the aluminum foil, put the ribs back under the grill for another 15 minutes, and serve
